For the past couple of years, my parents have been living in Jordan, so I got a chance to see Jordan from two perspectives; the perspective of a tourist and the perspective of a local. Jordan is a very beautiful country, its climate can vary drastically from one region to another due to its vast geographical expansion. With its rich history dated back to the time when Jesus Christ walked on this earth, there are plenty of things to do and places to explore and it is better done in the company of locals who can uncover some of its best hidden gems. Jordanians are of the amiably type of people who makes you feel at home with their sincere hospitality and generosity.
Fady and I visited Jordan twice together. The first time we spent an amazing New Year’s Eve in a Bedouin Camp in Wadi Rum and the second time we went back to finish some sightseeing that were still on our bucket list. Both times were fascinating and we just couldn’t get enough of this neighboring country.
